Primary Responsibilities:
- Change Agent with a passion for enabling a collaborative working environment among the Agile team members
- Coach, guide, and mentor the Agile team and the Product Owner on the Agile process
- Work with organizational resources outside the team to help them interact effectively with the team, remove impediments and protect the team from organizational bureaucracy
- Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the team regularly celebrates success
- Facilitate retrospectives to improve team dynamics
- Act as the servant leader for the squad
- May be required to maintain squad administrative functions
- Creates an environment conducive to team self-organization
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience working in the Agile framework
- Experience transitioning teams from waterfall to Agile methodologies
- Experience helping Agile teams establish and adhere to norms and practices
- Effective and articulate communicator
- Willing and excited to teach, coach, influence, inspire the team towards a creative and better way of working
- Ability to influence behavior without having formal organizational hierarchy
- Ability to navigate complex, enterprise organizations to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and build relationship across teams
- A dedication to cross-function collaboration, communication, and breaking down silos
- Facilitate creativity and empowerment inside the team
- Creates an environment conducive to team self-organization
Nice to Have:
- Public Cloud experience – AWS or Azure
- Strong knowledge of Kanban
